Registration is now open for the Soccer Institute at Montverde Academy’s (SIMA) inaugural Aguiluchos Summer Camp. Aguiluchos, Spanish for “little eagles,” is a soccer development program for children born between 2008 and 2014.

With the help of a skilled and dedicated coaching staff, our Aguiluchos can learn the fundamentals of soccer with age-specific guidance and state-of-the-art training facilities. Each coach on staff has earned a professional coaching license and they bring experience, not only with the SIMA program, but also with various MLS Development Academies.

Led by the Directors of Aguiluchos and SIMA staff coaches Andrew Douek and Ryan Rademacher, the program is stacked with experience in the growth of young talent. Coach Rademacher holds USSF licenses and Coach Douek additionally holds the highest Argentinian Youth and Professional coaching licenses.

SIMA will be hosting its inaugural Aguiluchos Summer Camp starting June 24 through June 27 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the afternoon. Summer Camp will be a condensed version of the Open Training Sessions held periodically throughout the winter and spring seasons. With a complete camp cost of 120 dollars, everything from training to fun activities are covered with room for your young ones to learn from the top youth coaches in the country.

Youth development is a key role in the SIMA vision with the desire of the program to reach younger age groups and maximize their learning opportunities. Engaging young minds with soccer allows them to gain valuable skills including problem solving, communication, teamwork, and coordination.

Summer Camp will be a gateway into the fall season’s complete Aguiluchos training program starting in September. Summer Camp will provide those interested in this program, the exposure to coaches, drills, and culture that will be present in the Aguiluchos Elite Training Program. This camp will give your child exposure to our coaching staff that will help them to be identified during the selection process.
